At Officine Générale, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or generated via the portal to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our atelier.
